Enamel Pin Shop Policies

Early Access Policy
Pin production times may take 3 to 6 months depending on the complexity of the design and any changes required. By purchasing a pin during Early Access/Pre-Order, you agree to the required wait time for production.
To speed up the process, we always have the sample completed and approved prior to hosting an Early Access sale, ensuring you see a completed visual of what you will receive. Once the Early Access sale concludes funds will be put towards the mass production costs.
Early Access Refunds
As funds are immediately put toward production costs, all Early Access (Pre-Order) sales are final for the first 6 months. Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- Unexpected Major Delays: Production extends beyond 6 months of the purchase date.
- Production Reworks: If a major flaw requires the pin to be remade, resulting in an announced, significant delay in the production timeline.
Any exceptions or eligibility for a refund will be announced on Instagram.
Grading Policy
Because every pin in our shop is handmade, we do not sell flawless collector pins and all pins are graded at arms length with direct light to check for flaws. Please refer to this Grading Scale before purchasing. We do not grade the sides or backs of the pins, but we ensure the postings are not bent.
Early Access Pin Grading Priority
As a thank you for helping fund our designs, all Early Access orders receive priority grading and are guaranteed the best available pins from the batch.
A GRADES
A-Grade pins have minimal visible flaws. Most flaws can only be seen under strong lighting and at specific angles. Minor imperfections may include:
- Minor under-fill in small areas
- Light surface scratches
- Small dust particles or air bubbles
- Minor screenprint offsets
- Slight enamel overfills
B GRADES
B-Grade pins have more noticeable flaws than A Grades. These flaws are typically visible upon close inspection. Imperfections may include:
- Larger under-filled areas
- More significant scratches/scuffs
- Noticeable screenprint errors
- Significant enamel overfills
- Multiple dust particles or air bubbles
- Minor facial flaws
C GRADES
C-Grade pins have highly visible flaws that did not pass inspection for A or B grades. Flaws may include, but are not limited to:
- Highly under-filled areas
- Numerous scratches/scuffs
- Major screenprint errors
- Large color errors or facial flaws
Every lower-grade pin may contain flaws stated in the higher-grade pins.
MIXED GRADES
Mixed Grade pins will contain either an A or B grade pin and will be picked at random.
Shipping Information
Handling Time: In-hand stock is processed for shipping in 1–3 business days. Once finished Early Access pins are received, it can take 1–5 business days to grade and ship out all pre-orders.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic packages are shipped with Standard USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 3–8 Business Days, but takes usually 2-5 days Business Days on average).
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Package (estimated 2–4 weeks).
Orders & Holds
Combining Orders: At this time, we do not combine domestic or international orders that are placed on separate days to prevent packaging errors.
In-Stock & Early Access Orders: If you purchase in-stock and early access pins in the same order, you will have to wait till everything arrives before your order is shipped out.
Holds: We do not accept holds of any kind.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final for in-hand and early access drops. We do not offer cancellations after an order is placed.
Grading Discrepancy
If you believe your received A or B grade pin is of a lower grade (e.g., a C-grade), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You must provide clear images of the alleged flaws for review. If we confirm the pin is a lower grade, we will issue a partial refund for the grade difference. We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping
Lost Packages: Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the pin. If an order is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us immediately. We keep a very limited stock of extra units for 30 days to replace lost packages. Replacements are not guaranteed after this 30-day window or if the extra stock has been depleted.
Address Changes: We are not responsible for packages shipped to an old or incorrect address if we were not notified of the change before the package was shipped. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
